Are injuries common?
Underwater hockey is a non-contact sport but to say that injuries don't happen would be misleading but with the correct equipment, protection, adhersion to the rules and respect for other players, major injuries are fortuneately rare.

The most common being minor bruises, scratches and grazes.

Expected to be kicked and bumped into occasionally but unlike football, rugby or field hockey, you may get your mask accidently knocked off - but at least you can't fall over!
